The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MOECC), Federal Government of Somalia, on behalf of the UGBAAD Project, invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the design, construction, supply, installation and equipping of two (2) Information Management Centres (IMCs), located in Jowhar, Hirshabelle State, and Kismayo, Jubaland State, Somalia.
The contract covers civil and electrical works, backup power (standby generator, ATS and UPS), ICT infrastructure and server-room fit-out, security systems, furniture, and the hardware, software and tools for data collection and analysis needed to make each Centre fully functional on handover. How to submit a Bid
Sealed Bids, accompanied by a Tender Security in the amount and form specified in the Tender Data Sheet, must be delivered on or before the deadline above to:
