Empowering Future Climate Leaders: Apply Now for SYCLF – Cohort 1, 2025

The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change of the Federal Government of Somalia, in collaboration with international partners, is pleased to launch the Somali Youth Climate Leadership Fellowship (SYCLF) – Cohort 1, 2025 — a national initiative designed to empower young Somalis with knowledge and skills related to climate change and its impact on our country.
This program aims to strengthen the understanding, leadership capabilities, and active participation of Somali youth in climate-related issues, environmental protection, and sustainable development. Participants will receive high-quality training, mentorship infused with practical skills, and valuable opportunities for networking and engagement, ultimately becoming part of a national network of Somali youth climate leaders.
