Laying Stone of the Ministry’s New Foundation Environment and Climate Change JFS.

The Prime Minister of JFS, Mr. H.E Hamse Abdi Barre,
today officially laid the foundation stone for the new building of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change JFS.
This new building will be the official headquarters of the ministry, which will be a major development towards environmental protection and climate change management in the country.
The ground-breaking ceremony was witnessed
Minister of State for the Ministry of Environment and Change
Climate, Mr. Ahmed Omar Mohamed, and the Director General of the Ministry, Ahmed Yusuf. The Minister of State expressed his commitment to improve the services of the ministry and to strengthen it
efforts to protect the environment.
Ultimately, this center will be established through public consultation and will play an important role in the efforts to protect the environment and
preventing climate change in Somalia. The building is also expected to improve the quality of the ministry’s services and facilitate operations
