This UNEP-funded project aims to provide necessary resources to Somalia to strengthen a mechanism within the country for the expeditious preparation, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of projects for the speedy and effective phase-out of controlled substances. The project also aims to ensure effective liaison between Somalia and the Executive Committee, the Fund Secretariat, and Implementing Agencies.
